Minimum of 4 years building maintenance-Plumbing,electrical,carpentry, drywall,paint.
Experience with snow plowing required.
Operate bobcat,deer,snowblower required.
Pool and spa experience a plus.
Landscape and mower experience required.
Property maintenance HOA experience a plus.
Heavy equipment maintenance a plus.
8am-4pm shifts.
