What You'll Do

As the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper food storage and safety practices.
• Collaborating with management to develop and refine menu offerings.
• Monitoring kitchen cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Managing schedules and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently during peak hours.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings expertise, leadership, and a passion for culinary excellence. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Thai or Asian cuisine-focused kitchen.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and inventory management.
• Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
