About the Role
Spruce Mountain Contractors is looking for a skilled, versatile, and reliable tradesperson to join our home remodeling team. We handle full-scope residential remodels, so we need someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently on their own, and collaborates well with a crew.
Key Responsibilities
Framing & Drywall: Wood framing, drywall installation, taping, and mudding.
Finish Carpentry: Trim, baseboards, doors, cabinetry installation, and detail work.
Flooring: Installation of LVP, hardwood, tile, or laminate depending on the project.
General Remodeling Work: Miscellaneous tasks required to push jobs over the finish line efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience across framing, siding, drywall, flooring, and finish carpentry.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to complete tasks without constant supervision.
Great attitude and able to work seamlessly alongside our existing crew.
Reliable vehicle/transportation to travel between job sites consistently.
Strong work ethic, punctual, and detail-oriented.
