My entire life has been packed into one garage. There are plenty of beds, furniture, kitchen items, linens, etc. throughout the house.
The place is 5% not great and needs some repairs.
The idea is to leave the house 11/20/2026 and I am trying to get someone to live in the house while I start a new job in a new city as a trial. When at the house, the tenant will use the snowblower to clear the drive, turn on the electrical heat in the gutters and if possible help get the house into better shape than it is. Rent would be month to month with a deposit, first, and last to move in. If you can help get things into better shape, money will be taken off the rent or maybe there would be no rent due at all?
Ideally one person or two people, no lizards, no mini/guinea pigs, no fish tanks, no dogs, no raccoons, no skunks, and oh no cats. There are a few mice, squirrels, birds, many spiders that are already residents of the roof and walls....you can manage those as you like.
