The cable and chain are long in case your ceiling is high.
Bulbs are 4 small, high-intensity lights. Easily replaced when needed.
Each “halo” around the light fixture has a light green (jade) ring igmf tempered glass that is easily dusted/washed.
The lamps are best suited for areas you want to focus light on. Since no light is pointing up.
