looking for a Sax player ( backup singer, alt lead singer, multinstrumentalist would be welcomed) to participate in an established 2 yr, just for fun 'garage band'. Groups consists of mostly seniors comprising: lead singer, 2 guitars, bass, keys and drum. Group meets up once a month at established site in Dunkirk. Basement play space is rustic, rather tight but workable basement with PA etc. Music is diverse rock, jazz, pop etc. Focus is on developing and perfecting the song, as much as possible, and a set list, taking advantage of individual skills. Participants are mostly average skilled players with some band experience. Meet up date are arranged to accomidate indivdual schedules / but drums take priority/ , mostly on weekend. young or old, male, female etc, if your looking to get back to playing music just for the enjoyment this is a good place to start.
