Hello everyone! I am a respectful, quiet seasonal craftsman looking to rent a small private space (garage section, outbuilding, or studio room) in or very close to Dunedin from November through May.
What I need: About 150 to 200 sq. ft. with access to standard electrical power for a wood lathe and hand tools.
About me: Mature, clean, and responsible woodturner. I use a dust collector to keep things tidy and take safety very seriously.
Timeline: Seasonal rental (Nov–May).
