Located in the heart of downtown Dunedin across the street from the hospital and walking distance to everything downtown including the gulf. Pinellas trail is just a couple of blocks over. House in a quiet and safe small community. It’s also in a non flood zone.
Rent in $900 a month which includes all utilities and WI-FI. You get your own private bathroom and nice size walking closet in your own bedroom. Room has a nice queen size bed frame and lamp in room so slightly furnished. You just bring your own choice of mattress.
Must be a clean person as I keep my house very clean which includes shoes off at the front door. No smokers or heavy drinkers. Must have a clean background with no criminal history.
Little bit about me i am 47yrs old and I work full time. I don’t smoke,drink,do drugs or party. I live a very clean healthy lifestyle so it would be great to find a roommate on the same page.
