Our listed pricing is based on connecting the new HVAC system to the existing mechanical setup, electrical, ductwork, and copper line set unless otherwise noted.
If your home requires additional modifications, upgrades, repairs, or code-related improvements, we will explain everything clearly before any work is performed.
Our standard pricing is based on 15 SEER systems. Higher-efficiency systems are also available, but they may require ductwork upgrades to operate correctly. High-efficiency equipment needs proper airflow to deliver its full performance, and without the right setup, the system may not reach its true potential.
We will never pressure you into equipment that is not practical for your home. Our goal is to provide the best solution for your budget while making sure the system is properly matched to your application.
