* 32% gross - dry van or .75-.80 cpm/ empty and loaded miles
* 1099 position
* steady work
* 3000 plus miles weekly
* resets at home, if needed
* direct deposit/zelle/cash app weekly
* flight ticket/hotel accomodations paid for drivers traveling from outside of Illinois

* raise after 3 months
