Generic touchscreen unlocked android phone, if you're hard of hearing the phone is not for you but if you literally can hear a pin drop maybe it's right for you. I'm sorry for the confusion but I thought it worked but it doesn't service wise. Worse comes to worse you can use the Wi-Fi and make calls on Facebook Messenger whatever app online I can think of.
