PAY RATE: quote your labor estimate for project.

Must have basic tools and carpentry experience.
Reply with your estimate, experience, availability, and a few photos of similar work if you have them.
TARGET COMPLETED DATE: 10/30/26
work includes:
* Building and installing a small wood entry awning with posts, beams, and braces - stain to Cedar color.
* Fabricating and installing cedar accent boards or trim
* Installing exterior sign letters and wall-mounted logo signs
* Mounting exterior light fixtures
* Helping coordinate the work so the finished façade looks clean and cohesive
*wrapping metal poles in wood & staining to cedar color.
Please note whether you handle electrical work; any new wiring or electrical connections must be completed by a properly licensed electrician. Ideal if you can do both, if not I’ll hire that separately.
Location: Dundee, Mi area.
