This crab is approximately:
Large 5 feet wide by 2 ½ feet tall and 1 ½ inches thick
Medium 3 1/2 feet wide by 2 1/4 feet tall and 1 ½ inches thick
Small 2 1/2 feet wide by 1 1/3 feet tall and 1 ½ inches thick
It is made of pressure treated wood with a representation of the Maryland flag painted on the front which makes it a colorful display. The crab was made to be weather resistant by applying a coat of primer, two coats of color, and three coats of gloss, UV resistant epoxy to the front and two coats of primer and a coat of marine paint to the back of the crab. Stainless steel truss head screws, powder-coated screws and metal steel plate(s) are used in assembly so that all crab parts remain in place. A hook is provided and a wire has been installed on the back to make this crab ready for hanging.
If this size does not fit into your decorating scheme any reasonable size can be made to order for an additional $50. The size, however, must remain in the ratio of approximately 1.83 height to width. The crab can also be made and sold as painted white or left natural wood.
