Our two-bedroom apartments are currently have a special for $1,525.00 a month and it is two bedrooms and one bathroom. The lease is for twelve months. The resident is responsible for paying gas and electric utilities in addition to rent. We pay for water, trash, and sewer utilities, and washer and dryer machines are included in the unit. We are pet friendly. All adults must have their own separate application. Our application fee is $30 for each application, and we require valid photo ID and the four most recent consecutive paystubs from your current place of employment.
