Tiny house on wheels - $25,000 (Duluth)

Titled as an 10,000 lb RV.
The good:
- Great craftsmanship, original build by a community college carpentry program.
- reinsulated floor to completely handle northern Minnesota winters.
- Runs entirely off an extension cord. Has a wall heater with 3 settings, I rarely put it above 2 and was quite comfy all winter.
- Propane stove top.
- Comes with composting toilet.
- 6 double outlets throughout home
- stays totally dry even in heavy rain
- proudly mouse-proofed. It sat for two months with food inside and nothing ever got in.
- two loft areas, great for sleeping and storage
The meh:
- has a heater for water and space for a water tank but would need to hook one up. I just would fill up big jugs.
- no shower, took it out for more space, found I showered at the gym or a friends most of the time anyways
- three overhead lights do not work. Im sure an electrician could fix that but since there are so many outlets I just used lamps.
- older trailer but extremely sturdy, not worried about rust
- One tire has a slow leak. Totally fine while I lived in it just refilled it every month or so
Can be towed shorter distances with an F150 no problem. If going far would suggest F350.
