Includes:
* Sofa: Dual power recliners
* Loveseat: Dual power recliners
* Recliner: Matching manual recliner
Made in the USA by Southern Motion, a well-known manufacturer of quality reclining furniture.
Originally purchased from Schneiderman’s Furniture for ~$5,000.
Excellent overall used condition with very minimal use! The leather is soft and supple, the cushions are in great shape, and all reclining mechanisms work properly. Some minor cosmetic marks, consistent with light use.
Selling because we’re moving and the furniture won’t fit our new space.
Prefer to sell as a complete three-piece set.
$2,750 OBO
Pick up in Duluth, first come first serve. Cash and Venmo accepted.
Smoke free/doodle friendly home. Dogs have mostly been kept off the furniture.
