One Root Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork is a well-established, independently operated massage studio opening our space to experienced bodyworkers and wellness practitioners.
We currently have two beautifully furnished therapy rooms available, with options for independent room rental and/or Independent Contractor opportunities with One Root.
This is an opportunity for practitioners who value independence while also enjoying the connection and support of a professional, collaborative environment.
THE SPACE
Located just below 21st Ave E. & London Rd. within the Edmunds Realty Co. building, One Root offers a beautiful and unique setting in a centrally located area of Duluth—with Lake Superior views and the Lakewalk just steps from the front door.
The studio has a warm, earthy natural-scape interior and a tranquil atmosphere designed to feel welcoming for both practitioners and clients.

• Shared furnished treatment room with afternoon, evening & weekend availability
• Flexible rental/contractor arrangements
• Rates available upon inquiry
