Downspout extension. The rectangular end says 3x4 and 2x3. These are some of the common sizes of downspouts. Its about 4 ft long. It does have a hole/crack in it (see photo) that does not really hurt the function of the extension. It also slows down the water coming from the downspout, so it does not create an erosion spot.
