1 bedroom in a condo downtown. Its a decent area and friendly environment. Must be a dog person and you can bring 1 dog as long as it gets along with my dog. Cat can be considered but not preferred. Kitchen is open and so is living area but I dont want strangers in the house unless prior arrangements are made with me. Other than that its a beautiful room and clean bathroom. Also several balcony views
