Really good condition except for a few minor cosmetic flaws. Great comfy king size mattress, sleepy on five nights. Fireplace. Everything works like it should except the bunkroom bathroom's toilet but it just needs one part. We will fix it needed to seal the deal. Sleeps 9. Just not using it like we thought we would and starting a business so not going to have time in the near future. Comes with so many accessories. Literally campground ready!!
