We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work as part of a production team manufacturing wall panels, doors, and other prefabricated components.
No prior experience is required. Employees will be trained on the specific processes and equipment used in the facility.
Responsibilities
Depending on the production line, responsibilities may include:
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials and finished products
• Operating manufacturing equipment
• Assembling and finishing prefabricated components
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Removing products from molds and preparing them for the next stage of production
• Applying adhesives and other bonding materials
• Performing finishing and touch-up work
• Inspecting finished products for quality and appearance
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas, molds, and equipment
• Following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
• Reliable and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in using basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous manufacturing, construction, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Regular Saturday overtime
• Approximately 40-50 hours per week
• Schedule is subject to change based on production needs
Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving physical activity, standing for extended periods, dust, noise, and required personal protective equipment (PPE)
