I am looking for a reliable, hardworking individual for a two-phase project at my home in Doylestown. I am paying cash daily or weekly, your preference.
PHASE 1: Garage Cleanout & Organization ($25/hr)
Heavy lifting required.
Moving items, bagging trash, and clearing a 3-car garage down to the bare minimum.
Assisting me with itemizing and organizing what stays and what goes.
PHASE 2: Basement Remodel Assistant ($30+/hr depending on skill)
Assisting me with converting a basement into a livable space.
Must have basic carpentry skills.
Experience with hanging drywall, installing insulation, laying flooring, and minor plumbing.
Requirements:
Must have your own reliable transportation to Doylestown.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
Must be punctual, sober, and ready to work.
Having your own basic hand tools/drill is a plus, but not strictly required.
