Modded Stihl MS201T chainsaw - $650 (Doyle)

Well modified MS201T. I got it stock and in need of some love in a parts lot I bought.
It has been a fun project, and I think the right buyer will really appreciate it
It started life as a MS201TC-M. The M-Tronics have been removed and it has a manual adjustment carb now. The saw was disassembled and cleaned. The crank and rod bearings were all good and tight. Reassembled with the following Mods:
Stihl Factory Performance kit. Brand new. Included a flywheel, coil, and manual carb.
Static timing advanced 5°-6° by slotting flywheel keyway.
Brand new imported Itialian Caber piston rings.
.020 base gasket with .018 squish.
The carburetor was disassembled with factory tools and the limiters were removed.
Brand new West Coast Saw muffler.
The factory intake baffle was trimmed to increase airflow.
Brand new WCS 3 point dog.
New factory parts installed include the entire top handle as to be compatible with the manual carb. New clutch cover. New air filter. New air filter cover. New wiring. New NGK spark plug. New fuel filter. New fuel lines. New tank vent. New fuel cap. New oil cap. Brand new 14" Light P04 bar and brand new chain. Neither has tasted wood yet. And it is one of the real Light bars, that is machined out and filled in, not the regular bars hat Stihl now sells as "Light".
Included if the buyer wishes are what I had for stock parts that came off the saw. It was not complete when I purchased it, so I felt it was a good candidate to modify. I can also include all the boxes and bag of all the parts, pieces, and bits that I put onto the saw.
Overall, it is a great running saw. It was just tuned by Diamond Saw Shop in Susanville. It has been a fun project, but I need a new car and I don't need 15 saws. I will also be posting a MS500i, a Husky 562XP, and a few others. Feel free to click the more ads by user. Happy to make deals on multiple saws.
