I am working on a thesis project ongoing from September to November at OCAD involving wearable electronics. I would like someone to help me with coding and circuitry. This is a paid position to help work on the coding of the project, you will not receive named credit on the work itself but can for the code if you'd like. To qualify, you must be extremely proficient in C++ and have Arduino knowledge. Sewable circuits are involved but you do not need to have prior knowledge of this or wearable electronics. NO "VIBE CODERS" OR ANY KIND OF GEN AI USE. You will work with me in person and need to be willing to meet around OCAD area (Osgoode Station). If you are able to teach and communicate well it's a huge plus since I hope to be able to learn C++ better through the project. This is a part time opportunity with work as needed, it is meant to be a side gig with relatively low commitment. If you feel you're a good fit and are interested in wearable electronics, email me and we can discuss further. In your email, please provide some examples of your work and be ready to do a quick and easy trial run test of your C++ skills in person. Looking to start ASAP or by mid-end of September latest.
Not required, but it is a bonus if you're queer :)
