This is a new, open box item that was dropped while moving into storage. 2 corners were bent and had to be straightened. The repair was done very well. Most people would probably consider the remnants of damage negligible, as the repair would probably escape most casual observation. Please see detailed photos of corners and edges. I posted close up pictures that reveal, if not exaggerate, the current condition of the drawers. The cabinet is very presentable and the drawers work perfectly. However, in the spirit of full disclosure, I'm compelled to mention the damage and repair.
That said, this unit is priced accordingly and reflects a deep discount in the street price of this premium product ($578 at Home Depot).
The unit weighs over 50 pounds, so depending on the distance, shipping could be costly. To offset the price of shipping, I also offer free pickup and would consider meeting at a neutral, mutually convenient location, or maybe even delivering within a reasonable distance (for reasonable expense consideration).
