Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted for new and undamaged items.
Items must be in new condition with no job site dirt, drywall, or paint overspray.
Items must also not be painted or cut. No special order material may be returned.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all eligible returns. No job site pickup for returns. Material must be returned to our store by the customer.
The restocking fee is calculated based on the item's original purchase price.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) are received, inspected, and deemed in new and undamaged condition.
