Bio Janitorial Service, Inc. has served clients for more than 36 years and is hiring a part-time Floor Tech / Floater for City of Dothan facilities. You’ll handle floor care and fill in where needed across our sites.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 10+ hours per week. Exact hours to be discussed at the interview.
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, discussed at the interview.
Start date: November 2, 2026
Duties
Strip, wax, scrub, and burnish hard floors
Clean carpets with extractors and spot treatments
Run and maintain floor equipment, such as auto-scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and extractors
Cover custodial shifts at different sites when needed
Follow safety procedures for chemicals and equipment
Requirements
Floor care experience strongly preferred
Flexible and able to work at more than one location
[Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation]
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [50] lbs
Must pass a background check
