We are looking for a reliable person to clean and organize a car storage facility.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep and clean floors and parking/storage areas.
- Remove trash, dirt, leaves, and debris.
- Clean common areas and accessible surfaces.
- Keep the storage area neat, safe, and presentable.
- Properly dispose of any collected trash and debris.
- Report any noticeable damage, leaks, or safety issues.
Requirements:
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
- Must take care around stored vehicles and avoid causing any damage.
- Bring basic cleaning tools and supplies, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment: Fixed amount of $300 for the entire job.
The job will be considered complete once the entire designated storage area has been thoroughly cleaned and left neat and presentable.
