My landlord is a real creep. When he thinks I'm not here he just walks in. Instead of calling my phone. He went away to Nova Scotia for almost 5 weeks. He didn't tell me when he was coming back. I was left with cold water for almost a week. Then when he came back he knocked twice and just walked in. He said he thought I left because there was no hot water. He's been walking in from day one. He cut electrical wires in the bathroom and now there's hardly any light in there. Now it's dark in the shower. This was only 10 days after I moved in. I had no idea he was coming by. I can't handle it. He walks up and down the driveway all day beeping his fob for his van. Like a cracked out lunatic. Now I'm scared of him and I don't want to pay rent. Can anyone help me out?
