For a multifamily property, I would also include these expectations in the job description:
Daily: Property grounds are inspected and kept free of trash, debris, and safety hazards.
Weekly: Landscaping, irrigation, amenities, parking areas, dumpsters, and common areas are inspected and deficiencies are reported or corrected.
Communication: All maintenance concerns and property deficiencies are communicated to management promptly.
Accountability: Assigned tasks must be completed by the deadline provided by management and should not be delegated to other team members unless specifically authorized.
