One of the greatest things in life ever created was the swing. We enjoyed them as a child watching the world go by, seeing how high we could get, then launching ourselves into the grass to see how far we could FLY... Then in the 1920's, the "Platform Rocker" was designed and patented in '39 making it possible for two to swing or glide comfortably at the same time. Now, while having another person there to relax, talk and enjoy a simple pleasure, it NEVER ceases to amaze me that the other party can never keep up the same "timing". They're either going too slow or (must think it's a race) glide so fast they ruin the experience. SOOOO.... some genius came up with this... A Double - Single glider. Never again do you have your gliding experience at anything other than what you decide. Not only that but a "Handy-Dandy" table top between the two of you (umbrella hole included, if you like) .

It was purchased many years ago and has NEVER sat out in the weather. The glider has been outside all of its life, but it has ALWAYS been under a porch or roof of some kind. Hate to get rid of it, but we're downsizing so it's time to pass it along.

Wood has been treated over the years, so it's still in great shape and the gliders are smooth also.
