We're a property management company focused exclusively on Detroit Section 8 with properties on Detroit's west side looking for a maintenance techs to do basic handyman work including plumbing, electrical, paint and drywall. We have section 8 lists, city inspection lists and small renovations.
Requirements:
1. Must have your own tools (drill, saws, impact driver)
2. Must have Cashapp
3. Active bank account and willing to accept ACH (direct deposit) payments
4. Reliable transportation
5. working smart phone and access to internet
6. Ability to text
7. Must be skilled in at least 2 of the following 3 trades: Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC.
Here's what will NOT work:
- If have employees or are looking to subcontract (we don't pay enough)
Money follows - it does not lead. A lot of our guys make $100k plus in a year, but it happens with consistent work over time.
We pay for material using phone sales.
