Celero Commerce is looking for a dynamic and results-focused Relationship Manager to support and grow our existing partner portfolio in Rosemont, IL. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and key point of contact for Celero’s partners, helping them uncover new opportunities, optimize performance, and deepen engagement with our suite of payment solutions.

Responsibilities
Partner Development: Build and strengthen relationships with Celero’s partners, maximizing their sales potential.
Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategies to enhance partner production, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Consultative Support: Provide actionable insights and guidance to help partners drive revenue growth.
Performance Management: Conduct regular reviews to celebrate successes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to deliver seamless partner support.
Reporting: Share sales performance updates, forecasts, and partner engagement metrics with senior leadership.
Experience & Requirements
Rosemont, IL - based position
2+ years of experience in relationship management, account coordination, training, teaching, or customer-facing roles
Proven ability to build trust and communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences from external partners to internal teams
Comfortable presenting and delivering information in both one-on-one and group settings
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping others succeed
Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, POS software, fintech tools)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a self-directed work ethic
Previous experience in sales, education, hospitality, or customer service is a plus

Compensation: $45,000 base + bonus and residuals
