This is a BIG SUV with 3rd row seating - seats up to 8 people.
Too many new parts installed to list, but I will try listing.
Just had this Excursion Rebuilt for another 250K miles reliable use, then Wife & I changed our minds and decided we want a crew cab diesel pickup with a camper to travel in comfort without hotels, yet still be able tow boat, too.
IF YOU WANT A RENEWED/REFURBISHED FORD DIESEL EXCURSION THEN THIS ONE IS FOR YOU. No other Excursion exists out there in top condition like this.
I will list off the top of my head all parts installed recently by Master Diesel Mechanic:
💥 Low mileage newer 6.0L Ford/Intl Diesel Powerstroke Engine, less than ~40K miles.
Engine completely resealed all new premium gaskets and seals.
💥 ARP Headstuds installed same time as engine reseal.
💥 Brand new TURBO, just installed last 100 miles.
💥 Brand new (8ea) PREMIUM DIESEL INJECTORS, just installed last 300 miles. (Not cheaply rebuilt in China injectors, USA Premium Rebuilt Injectors with all NEW internal parts.)
💥 High Performance BILLET High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) installed.
💥 New IPR Valve, IPC Sensor, Oil Standpipes & Dummy Plugs.
💥 New Engine Wire Harness installed last 300 miles.
💥 New Injector Wire Harness installed last 300 miles.
💥 New Crank Sensor & Cam Sensor installed.
💥 Cold Air Intake Washable Filter installed.
💥 Coolant filter installed.
💥 New glow plugs and glow plug harnesses. (Spare glow plugs and spare glow plug harnesses included)
💥 New glow plug module installed.
💥 New Coolant Reservoir installed.
💥 New Starter installed.
💥 Performance Aluminum Radiator installed.
💥 BULLETPROOF FICM installed. Set at 54 Volt Output for faster starts.
💥 BULLETPROOF OIL COOLER installed.
💥 BULLETPROOF EGR COOLER installed.
💥 BULLETPROOF Ford Mechanical Fan Clutch conversion installed. (bypasses electric fan for more reliable, worry free operation).
💥 Rebuilt JASPER Transmission installed, less than ~20K miles and AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WAS UPGRADED TO A FORD F-350 5R110W Torqueshift Transmission for heavy duty towing. (Original Excursion 5R110W Torqueshift Transmissions are for Family use and light duty towing only.) F-350 5R110W Torqueshift Transmission features heavier duty internal components and allow for heavy duty towing and does drive differently. This Excursion is REFURBISHED for Heavy Towing, such as a large bumper-pull camper or large boat. Geared slightly lower. Built to TOW not for high driving speeds.
💥 Front Axle REBUILT with all new steering knuckle U-Joints, new KRYPTONITE BALL JOINTS, new TIMKIN US MADE Wheel Bearings, new ABS Sensors.
💥 New heavy duty Steering Tie Rods installed last 300 miles with a PERFECT ALIGNMENT.
💥 New Bilstein Front Shock Absorbers last 100 miles.
💥 New PCM body control computer reprogrammed/installed.
💥 New A/C Compressor, Receiver/Dryer/Orifice Tube and Charged up blows ICE COLD (rear AC not connected but could be).
💥 New Front Brake Pads, Rotors and Front Calipers installed.
💥 New Rear Brake Pads, Rotors installed. Brake system flushed.
💥 Good Muffler Exhaust System no corrosion or holes.
💥 New Transfer case new input & output seals.
💥 New $1000 Aftermarket Alarm System installed with 2 new remotes (does not have remote start, we did not want that feature). Spare chip keys. Better than factory alarm.
💥 Newer pair NAPA no maintenance batteries, stronger for fast cranking.
💥 Hard plastic-formed Floormats front and rear cargo to contain dirt, mud.
Also includes: 2 Sets of Tires + Rims for convenient tire changes:
💥 New MICHELIN SUMMER TIRES on Standard Rims.
💥 New FIRESTONE WINTERFORCE STUDDED TIRES on separate 9" Rims for Winter SAFE DRIVING.
Both sets tires have less than 1000 miles on them.
Features automatic climate control, power windows, power mirrors, power locks, fog lights, electric shift transfer case.
Interior and seats are in GOOD CONDITION, some cracks but no tears - Interior rates an 8 out of 10. CLEAN. Non-smoking.
Body has only 2 parking lot dings, one in front pass fender and one near driver's tail-light. Some door dings, chips, roof flaked, hood has light hail damage but nowhere else to speak of, COULD USE A REPAINT Body overall rates a 7 out of 10. No major known collisions. Good windshield, no cracks.
No known mechanical problems or maintenance needed at present time.

This Excursion was rebuilt to keep indefinitely, but we want to go camping now with our boat.
What an incredible Ski / Mountain vehicle.
💥 THIS EXCURSION HAS NO RUST TO SPEAK OF, ALMOST ZERO RUST. AMAZING!
If you want a PERFECT restored Ford Excursion then just get this one repainted.
Body color is SLATE. Interior color is TAN Leather.
