Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician & Site Supervisor to join our team. This role combines hands-on maintenance work with supervisory responsibilities to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with team members and clients, and assist with daily operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, painting, minor electrical work, asphalt patching, and general handyman duties. Supervise job sites to ensure work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Handle daily errands such as picking up supplies, managing deliveries, and other office-related chores.
Assist the owner with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support business operations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles, preferably in commercial settings.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, painting, minor electrical repairs, and asphalt maintenance.
Previous supervisory or site management experience is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks as required.
