117 per week, I have one room for rent in a big house a few miles from University of North Texas in Denton. We share electricity, other utilities bills are included with certain restriction. Include a dresser (new), closet, a private bathroom, washer and dryer, all in very good condition for a whole package of 117 week (includes all utilities and Internet). Basically, like new set of bed and new carpet. Very Small Gym. I conduct Criminal Background Check and request evidence of work; I accept no eviction. Vegan and vegetarians are encouraged to apply.
