Experienced Personal Assistant / Household Manager available for consistent part-time support in the Denton / North DFW area.
I am a seasoned administrative professional with 20+ years of experience supporting senior executives and business leaders. I currently work full-time supporting senior leadership for a large corporation and am seeking a long-term part-time Personal Assistant / Household Manager position with a busy professional, executive, entrepreneur, couple, or family.
I previously served as both Executive and Personal Assistant to a President/CEO, where my responsibilities extended well beyond traditional administrative support. I managed personal appointments, travel, errands, purchases, events, vendors and contractors, maintenance and repairs, and supported the needs of five private properties.
I am highly organized, resourceful, discreet, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of a task from beginning to end. I work especially well with people who want to be able to say, “Can you handle this?” and know that it will be handled.
Examples of support I can provide include:
• Personal errands, shopping, returns and dry cleaning
• Appointments, reservations and scheduling
• Travel research, booking and itinerary coordination
• Vendor, contractor and repair coordination
• Household organization and special projects
• Household inventory and purchasing
• Property maintenance coordination
• Event, holiday and guest preparation
• Pet-related errands and appointments
• Expense, receipt and paperwork organization
• Research and miscellaneous personal projects
• Light household support, laundry and linens
• Virtual administrative and executive support
I am not seeking a nanny or traditional housekeeping position. I am looking for a role where I can become a trusted right hand who helps keep a busy household and personal life organized and running smoothly.
AVAILABILITY:
Weekdays after 3:00 PM
Evenings
Saturdays and Sundays
Occasional overnight/weekend support may be possible with advance notice
I am seeking consistent, ongoing part-time work rather than one-time gigs.
