Qualifications:
Strong Customer Service Skills: You’ll be the face of our team at events, personable, professional, and ready to help.
Reliable Transportation: You must be able to get to and from events across DFW reliably.
Weekend Availability Required: Most events happen on weekends, so availability is a must.
Catering or Wedding Experience (Preferred): Experience is a plus, but not required, we offer paid training.
Team Player Attitude: Willing to jump in wherever needed and help the event run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Client & Guest Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact and ensure each guest has a great experience.
Event Coordination: Assist with food setup, buffet maintenance, guest flow, and team communication.
Onsite Service Support: Support the team with prep, plating, and cleanup as needed.
Adaptability: Whether it’s a last-minute layout change or a weather shift, you'll keep calm and adjust as needed.
Time Management: Help keep events running on time by staying organized and efficient.
Maintain Standards: Ensure the service area stays clean, presentable, and aligned with our high-quality standards.
