We’re looking for a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to work alongside the crew, solve problems in the field, and deliver quality projects on schedule. If you’re only interested in watching others work, this isn’t the position for you.
Experience Needed
You don’t have to be an expert in every trade, but you should have working knowledge of:
Drywall
Framing
Concrete
Plumbing
Electrical
Finish work
Crew leadership and jobsite management
If you’re strong in some areas and lighter in others, that’s okay. We can teach the right person. What we can’t teach is work ethic, integrity, and the drive to succeed.
