I'm looking for work I have several LLC's For construction, Advertisment and Promotion and economic welfare and development. Looking for brokers or real estate fix and flips that can help get me my licenses I have several Diplomas in Electrical training as an Electrician Technician lvl 3. And am CW-2 Electrician also have a few years in Demolition. I specialize in Residential, Commerical, Low voltage, Basic theory of construction I scored a 73% on working the problems out physically, motor controls, schematics, plan reading General notes, Websters Colligate, Webster new world Dictionary 3rd college edition, NEC NFPA 2023, NEC NFPA 2020, NFPA 2018 Fire code, OSHA 10, CPR First Aid and AED, high voltage, General clean up, medium voltage, Demolition I've worked with construct connect I have a profile that is inactive at the moment, my General Liability insurance needs to be renewed, I have only a 2K bond, TPT LICENSE. I have 2 years with my own business doing apartment maintence turn outs receptacles appliances, I have roofing expirence generally 2 years I been doing construction since I was 10 years old ald and have had my own business since 2016, also maintence supervisor for several complexes. I'm looking for a company that will give me my own house I don't care if it needs a little work it needs to be 5-9 bedrooms we can deduct pay to pay it off with intention that I pay it off or I fix and flip it myself but I want a contract or agreement showing the house is mine with whatever agreement you come up with. I don't really care where I live just know if we go outside of Phoenix I have chickens that I need to take with me and I'll need to build them a coop I have my own time clock with clockify it's live if you can get me the documentation to back up what I'm doing to go with my time clock the IRS can pay and you won't even have too. I'm registered with the ACC and I believe I have an power of attorney my website is down it's been down for 1 month but it's been running consistently since March 2024/25 I don't remember my grandson is part owner of my businesses he just turned 1 years old his own business I have managed for the past year and it's earned 20,000+ and we're still expecting $4,200 more dollars we don't have money to up.
