Tree Pros Plus Odds & Ends is looking for an experienced tree groundsman to join our crew. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with several years of hands-on tree-service experience who knows how to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a professional crew.
Requirements:
Several years of verifiable tree-service/groundsman experience
Must be experienced operating and running a chainsaw safely
Must know ropes, rigging, lowering limbs, and proper ground operations
Must be able to keep up with brush, logs, dragging, loading, and job-site cleanup
Meticulous cleanup is a MUST. We pride ourselves on leaving properties equal to or better than we found them.
Dependable and on time every day
Strong work ethic — willing to work and stay productive without needing to be constantly directed
Drug-free
Must work well with a crew and follow safety procedures
Valid driver's license is a plus, but not required
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE — EXPERIENCE MUST BE SHOWN, NOT TOLD.
If you know tree work and can demonstrate your skills on the job, we're willing to pay accordingly.
