Warehouse Coordinator – Full-Time Delta, BC | Hands-on warehouse + inventory coordination role
Santevia Water Systems is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to keep our inventory accurate and our shipments moving. This is a hybrid role: a big part of every day is on the warehouse floor building and labelling pallets for Amazon FBA, 3PL, and wholesale orders. The rest is owning inventory accuracy in our ERP, running cycle counts, and coordinating stock transfers across our warehouses in Canada, the US, and the UK. You'll report to the Warehouse Operations Manager and work closely with Supply Chain and Finance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build and label pallets to Amazon FBA inbound specs (SKU quantities, dimensions, weight limits, carton/pallet labels)
Prepare outbound 3PL transfers to our US fulfillment partner, including pallet builds, labelling, and freight booking
Build pallets for B2B and wholesale retail orders to each retailer's requirements
Coordinate receiving and put-away for inbound purchase orders
Coordinate stock transfers between our locations in Canada, the US, and the UK, and track inventory in transit
Keep ERP inventory, transfer, receiving, and production records accurate
Review and sign off on daily production forms
Plan and lead cycle counts and full physical counts, directing warehouse staff during counts
Investigate inventory variances and reconcile them with Finance
Flag shortages and inventory risks, and report on inventory accuracy and warehouse activity
Keep the warehouse organized: pallet consolidation, inventory placement, and space efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment
Experience with an ERP or inventory management system
Solid understanding of receiving, shipping, stock transfers, and physical inventory processes
Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
Very organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for tracking down discrepancies
Able to juggle multiple shipments and priorities at once
Clear communicator with warehouse teams, Finance, carriers, and partners
Happy to be hands-on in the warehouse every day
Bonus: Amazon FBA pallet prep or multi-location / international inventory experience
HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED
Amazon FBA, 3PL, and B2B pallet orders shipped accurately and on schedule
Inventory discrepancy rate below 1% of inventory value
Cycle counts completed on schedule, with variances resolved promptly
Stock transfers completed on time
A TYPICAL DAY
Prepare outbound Amazon and distributor shipments → build LTL and 3PL transfer pallets → review inventory accuracy on production orders → combine and wrap pallets to keep the warehouse organized → support warehouse projects and improvements.
