This sofa is older but still provides comfortable seating. The queen size bed/mattress is like new. It was downstairs in the TV room and slept on several times when it was too hot in the upstairs bedroom, There are no stains or tears anywhere on the sofa or mattress. Located in North Delta. It's heavy. We are not able to deliver or help lift. A minimum of two people is needed to move this couch. We do have a heavy-duty dolly.
