Production Associate – Part-Time & Full-Time $20–22/hr | Delta, BC | No experience needed – full training provided
Santevia Water Systems is hiring Production Associates to join our close-knit warehouse and production team in Delta. You'll assemble water filtration products, package finished goods, and help keep quality high on the line. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, we'll teach you the rest.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assemble Santevia water filters on the production line, following SOPs and safety standards
Package finished goods and hit daily targets with accurate labelling
Inspect products and flag quality issues early
Rework or quarantine non-conforming and returned products
Record inventory entries in our ERP system (we'll train you)
Help with pick-and-pack, receiving, and warehouse organization during busy periods
Keep your workspace clean and organized (5S)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
No manufacturing or warehouse experience required
Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for full shifts
Reliable and punctual – the team counts on you being there
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Basic computer skills and able to follow written instructions
Team player who's happy to rotate between tasks
Bonus: experience in manufacturing, warehousing, assembly, or food production

A TYPICAL SHIFT
Team huddle to review targets → assembly on the production line → packaging and quality checks → rework as needed → fulfillment support when it's busy → clean-up before end of shift.
