Both items were purchased new from Bowflex site years ago. All kept in good condition, used but always cleaned and maintained. No damage with either items. Bowflex offers superior quality and craftsmanship that will last an extremely long time.
1. Bowflex Velocore sway bike 22 - $1000
This bike is rival to Peloton and is the only indoor bike that mimics outdoor scenarios with it's patented sway system. I was not convinced at first but after riding the first time, it genuinely feels the same and works your core muscles. I believe bowflex discontinued these sway bikes due to the manufacturing costs but can be purchased from third parties. Plenty of features and peloton compatible. JRNY membership is 1yr free and can be refreshed every year with a new email ;)
Here is a great review of the bike with absolute details and pictures from a credible source: https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/bowflex-velocore
2. Bowflex adjustable dumbbells 552 - $300
5 to 52.5 lbs per adjustable dumbbell1
Replaces 15 sets of weights
Quick adjustment weight selection dials
Premium, durable metal components attach the plates to the handle
Secure locking mechanism
Non-slip grips
Storage trays
I have used this minimaly but have unfortunately outgrown the weight. I have purchased the 1092 set and regret getting rid of this but it would be doing absolutely nothing.
