18.5 Rally Cruiser - $4,250 (Delta)

It might not pretty but for its size (18.5') this a very functional runabout. The Rally Cruiser has much higher freeboard than other runabouts so you and your passengers sit comfortably off the water even in larger swells. The bow rider seats 4 and is nice and deep as well. Unlike typical runabouts that are full of forward and rear facing seats the Rally Cruiser features two captains chairs up front and a full width bench at the back. This leaves the middle of boat open for coolers and other gear. We loved this layout because it let us haul so much stuff up to the cabin. The full height canopy covers the whole cabin and is also removable if you're looking for more sun on the nice days. It's powered by a 1993 Mercury Black Max 200 HP Engine. The engine is a 2 cycle and runs on premix. It has been a super reliable engine for us. It has less than 1000 hours and still has good compression on all the cylinders. The Caulkins roller trailer is great for shallow launches if needed and is in good shape with LED lights and decent tread left on the tires.

Things to Know Before you get Serious:
The Johnson kicker visible in some of the photos does not come with it.
The canopy is nearing the end of it's life. It mostly keeps the rain off but after a while water does start to find the small holes and it does have some mildew growth on the inside.
The Rear bench hinge is broken. I had plans to rebuild the base to make it a little higher and open underneath. But I have a new boat so new projects now.
The hydraulic Trim/Tilt motor has an internal leak. It lifts the motor without any trouble but can't hold the motor up in the air. It never bothered me because the motor has a trailering rest so I've never bothered to fix.
Everything else is in good working order as far as I know.
