Your first day is Saturday, Oct 31 in Delray Beach, 9am-2pm. The second date is Saturday, November 7 also 9am-2pm.

The training for this position is REMOTE.
After a 15-20 minute video interview, training will happen via phone call on Thursday 10/29.
IMPORTANT: Please only apply if you can attend a 60 min phone training this Thursday 10/29 and are available Oct 31 and Nov 7.
***If you do well working with us on those dates, you will be given the opportunity for a steady Saturday gig through May 16.

**Please be a person that is happy to communicate clearly and write back within a few hours to text messages (obviously not in the middle of the night). We make arrangements for the markets via text. Willingness to communicate clearly is key.**
Must have a RELIABLE VEHICLE that is yours alone, NOT shared with others. Large vehicle a huge plus! Please mention if you have Sundays available, too. We have opportunities coming up on Sundays as well and we'd always prefer to hire one person instead of two.
Job includes
1) Texting the group 1 hour before your start time the day of to let us know that you are up and at 'em
2) Must be able to set up inventory, tent, tables at the farmers market SOLO (Put up a 10x10 tent, tables and market set up + inventory artistically... MUST BE physically STRONG)*** [You will NOT need to do this in Delray Beach on Oct 31 or Nov 7 but we are only looking to hire folks that are able to take this on when needed so you can work more independently in the future with us]
4) Assertively reach out to passersby asking them to sample our products (MUST enjoy using your VOICE!) ~ need the ability to stand for 5 consecutive hours*** THIS IS KEY
5) Answer questions and greet market regulars and newbies cheerfully
6) Take credit cards through Square and keep a neat cash sales envelope
7) At the end of the market, get paid $150 cash and be on your way home.

There is room to grow with our company for a reliable person with good sales skills, a smiling can-do attitude and genuine interest in health food. When you're ready to work a market solo, you are looking at longer days with set up and breakdown but also a $250-$450 daily take home pay from a flat rate plus commission structure.
