• Experience with epoxy, concrete coatings, or flooring installation preferred (will train the right person)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Physically able to handle grinding equipment, kneeling/standing for long periods, and lifting 50+ lbs
• Detail-oriented — clean lines and smooth finishes matter
• Punctual, hardworking, and takes pride in the work
• Willingness to work some Saturdays as needed
