We are seeking an experienced cold caller who will reach out to prospective nonprofit clients, introduce our recruiting services, and schedule sales meetings for our Managing Partner.
Work from home. Flexible schedule. Significant earning potential.
We provide a script, prospect lists, leads, training, ongoing support, and access to the systems and tools you need. No recruiting experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients and identify key decision-makers.
- Make outbound cold calls to nonprofit organizations and introduce BridgePoint's recruiting services using a consultative approach.
- Generate interest and schedule virtual meetings for our Managing Partner.
- Maintain accurate prospect records and follow-up activity in our CRM.
- Represent BridgePoint professionally through clear, effective communication.
Qualifications
- Approximately 3+ years of successful cold calling or outbound business development experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients and handling objections.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently from home.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, personable approach.
- Comfortable learning new technology and using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- No recruiting industry experience is required.
Compensation and Opportunity
- 100% commission-based compensation. This is not a salaried position.
Commissions accrue monthly for each position filled during the applicable calendar month, based on the following graduated scale:
1st filled position: $1,500
2nd filled position: $2,000
3rd filled position and each additional filled position: $2,500 per position
Commissions are payable only when BridgePoint Associates receives payment from the client for the applicable placement. The commission scale resets at the beginning of each calendar month.
