Great for the back, knees, hips, ankles and neck. It is used for enhanced traction of the whole body and a cervical stretch of the head. The bench has an adjustment knob to fit the bench to desired length of the body height. Also, it has adjustable foam padded arm and ankle supports.
I bought it for about $170 a few years ago. I slightly used it for stretching my back and head in the laying and standing positions. For now, it is sitting at home without use, just taking my room space.
